Design & Manufacture.
OpenX specialise in the design and manufacture of a big range of door solutions for a range of big industries.
All OpenX products are designed by qualified engineers, using modern structural and mechanical engineering software, 3D CAD Drawing and purpose-written door configuration software. Our goals is to provide each customer with an efficient and compliant door solution every time.
OpenX designs ensure compliance with any engineering standards applicable. Our design software systems not only provide the optimum engineering design but also allows the engineering team and client to view the finished product in 3D, prior to progressing to our purpose built manufacturing facility.

Installation & Commissioning.
OpenX only with time-served, highly trained engineers to carry out full mechanical and electrical installation of each of our door systems.
For large remote projects, installation is supervised by OpenX personnel working directly with local teams to carry out the complete task. The final commissioning of projects is carried out by OpenX Doors electrical engineers.
Many of our door systems are supplied to trade customers and as such are designed to be straightforward to install. Simple method statements and installation documents are provided to ensure trouble-free installations.

Maintenance, Repair and Replacement.
OpenX provide a range of existing door system services including maintenance, repair and replacement. All work is carried out by our approved specialists.
All OpenX door systems are designed to minimise and simplify the maintenance requirements. This is accomplished by ensuring that all door designs are robust, generously specified, and include many zero maintenance components.
As with all mechanical/moving structures, our doors do require routine servicing, which can be provided either by ourselves, or by OpenX Doors approved local maintenance companies.
In the event of mechanical or electrical damage or failure, all components can be repaired or replaced, and are available from OpenX Doors.
